Refund policy

1. Introduction

Lavvo Wear (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to ensuring a transparent and fair return and refund process in compliance with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations.

This policy applies to all purchases made on lavvowear.com.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • In original packaging (when applicable)

  • With tags and labels attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Underwear or intimate apparel

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” at checkout

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@lavvowear.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photo or video of the issue

We will offer a replacement or full refund depending on your preference.

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate your return, email contact@lavvowear.com with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide instructions and the return address.

Important:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or colour, please request a refund and place a new order.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
